After the holidays, we were about to throw away the gingerbread house but thought it would make a nice treat for the squirrels and birds. It was all fun and games until a possum showed up in the middle of the night and scared the you know what out of my wife. Needless to say, the sweet feast came to an abrupt end the next morning.
