What You Need:
- Food coloring
- Macaroni
- Construction paper
- Glue
Instructions:
- Color the macaroni by putting it in bowls of water with a few drops of food coloring for a few hours, and then letting it sit out to dry.
- After the macaroni is dry, start gluing it onto the construction paper into a Halloween shape. You can make a ghost, witch, broomstick, spider, or pumpkin. Think of as many things as you can!
- Let your spooky picture dry before hanging it up!
