What You Need:
- Two pencils
- A friend
Instructions:
- Get a friend to grab a pencil in each hand so that the erasers face each other.
- Tell her to push the two pencils together as hard as she can.
- Then, act as if you are rolling a piece of string around the two pencils and continue to do that for at least 30 seconds.
- Tell her to slowly try to pull the two pencils away from each other. It will seem as if both pencils have been tied together!
Reason:
The muscles in your arms tighten when you push the pencils together. After some time, the muscles get used to that position so it is hard to pull away.
