The weather was frightful and the kids were starting to climb the walls. Luckily, a quick trip to the pantry yielded the supplies for this fun activity–toothpicks and mini marshmallows are all you need to buy yourself a good half hour of sanity!
The little ones have a blast poking the marshmallows (and sneaking a few on the side), while the older kids actually use some geometry skills to build structures like bridges and buildings.
You could make up some challenges or just let the kids’ imaginations run wild. This is a great activity because just about any aged child enjoys it. I mean really, who doesn’t like marshmallows?
