Bluum Subscription Box Review

Before we promote anything on this site, we try to take the product for a test drive whenever possible. We recently signed on as an affiliate for the monthly subscription gift box service Bluum, and were excited to get our hands on a box to review.

A bright, cheerful red box arrived in the mail today and the kids could hardly wait for me to take the photos before they tore into it. It is certainly going to be a challenge to hide this from the kids when it arrives each month!

I have tried several subscription box services and it’s always nice when the box is big! This is one of the largest boxes yet, and it was absolutely filled to capacity. My sons’ eyes grew when the box revealed all its vibrantly colored contents.

When you sign up for Bluum, you are asked your child’s age and whether the box is for a boy or a girl, and each month’s box is catered towards your child. The box we received was for a preschool-aged boy, and it’s safe to say they hit their mark — you can never have too many Boogie Wipes! The workbook is a hefty 144-pages, and the water bottle is stainless steel — no BPA here! The little blue plastic dish was instantly turned into a frisbee by my kids, whether that was its intended purpose is still up for debate, and the snack bag will certainly get used on our outings.

This swiss-army knife of a bubble blower was a huge hit with the boys.

This ingenious little device was my favorite item. Not only does it catch the summertime popsicle drips, but there’s a straw that lets your child suck up all that melted juice or ice cream. Genius!

Overall, I’m very pleased with the selection–there’s no junk, which is unusual for gift box subscriptions, in my experience. Every item in the box is going to be put to good use. If you want to learn more about the Bluum subscription service, you can get all the info over on their site. Here’s a short video explaining the service:

If you decide to purchase a subscription, I’d love it if you did so through this link, so that I can earn a few pennies for recommending it. If you are already a subscriber, I’m interested to hear what you think of Bluum in the comments below.
