What You Need:
- Red, white and blue ribbons
- Plain puppy collar
- Permanent marker
Instructions:
- Tie the ribbons to the collar.
- Write out the name of your dog neatly on the front of the collar.
- Let your puppy wear his new collar for the Fourth of July!
