What You Need:
- Hard boiled eggs
- Large glass jar
- Spoon
- Crayon stubs
- Vegetable grater
- Hot water
- Waxed paper or newspaper
- Empty egg carton
Instructions:
- Grate peeled crayons over waxed paper.
- Fill a jar with very hot water. Drop bits of grated crayon into the water.
- Place your egg in the water just as the crayons begin to melt.
- Twirl the egg in the water with a spoon. The wax should make a design on the egg.
- Carefully remove the egg and set in an egg carton to dry.
