Fruit Yogurt Shake

What You Need:

  • Any fruit chopped into bite size pieces
  • Plain yogurt
  • Milk
  • Honey or sugar (optional)
  • Blender
  • A measuring cup (1 cup)


  1. Put the chopped fruit in a blender, and add some honey or sugar if you want.
  2. Add 1 cup of yogurt and some milk.
  3. Blend it up until smooth.
  4. Put it in a glass and drink!!
