What You Need:
- Any fruit chopped into bite size pieces
- Plain yogurt
- Honey or sugar (optional)
- A measuring cup (1 cup)
- Put the chopped fruit in a blender, and add some honey or sugar if you want.
- Add 1 cup of yogurt and some milk.
- Blend it up until smooth.
- Put it in a glass and drink!!
