Chocolate Mousse

What You Need:

  • 4 oz. chocolate (milk, semi-sweet or sweet)
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 1 cup margarine
  • Whipped topping


  1. Melt chocolate in microwave.
  2. Add egg yolks and margarine.
  3. Using a saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring until mixture becomes thick.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold the eggwhites into the chocolate mixture.
  6. Put in serving dishes and refrigerate.
  7. Top with whipped cream and serve.
