2. Glue long pieces of tissue paper onto the carton (to make it pretty when it blows in the wind).
3. Cut two holes at the edge of the carton, across from each other.
4. String the yarn through the carton, and tie a knot in it about a foot above the decoration.
5. Hang up your decoration outside, and watch it blow in the wind!
