1. Cut two strips of paper, one longer than the other.
2. Make circles with each paper strip and tape the ends together.
3. Tape the smaller circle on one end of the straw and tape the larger circle on the opposite end of the straw.
4. Go outside and throw your skimmer into a gentle breeze… YOU DID IT! You’re an inventor of a flying toy!
Now, add several different sizes of loops and tape on the straw… try to fly it, what happens?
