What You'll Need
Construction Paper or Poster Board
Tissue Paper
Paint
Stapler

I'm the Statue of Liberty!

1. If using Poster Board, paint it and wait for it to dry.

2. Roll the construction paper or poster board into a cone shape.

3. Make sure the cone stays by stapling it.

4. Then stuff with orange or yellow tissue paper, and now you have a torch to carry around like the Statue of Liberty!
