2. Glue the construction paper around the toilet paper roll.
3. After the glue dries, get an adult to cut the toilet paper roll for you into 4 even pieces, to make 4 smaller rolls.
4. Decorate the individual rolls with any patriotic pictures or colors you’d like.
5. Be creative! You can also use sparkles or sequins to make the patriotic table setting more dazzling!
