What You'll Need

1 Paper towel tube
4 Toilet paper tubes
Glue
Construction paper
Paint or markers
Aluminum Foil (optional)

Cardboard Tube Rocket

It's easy to make a rocket with leftover household items.

1. Glue four toilet paper tubes to the base of the long paper towel tube. The short tubes are your booster rockets.

2. When the glue dries, paint the tube, or cover it in aluminum foil for a space-age look.

3. Use construction paper to make a cone for the top of the rocket and glue it on.

If you want, you can make a huge rocket with a wrapping paper tube instead of the paper towel tube!
